VTIPG Publishes in American Behavioral Scientist

Two volumes will be published in the journal, American Behavioral Scientist, as a product of a symposium held March 2007 in Blacksburg, Virginia entitled: “Democracy in an Age of Network Governance.” Sponsored by VTIPG, a group of political scientists, sociologists, economists, geographers and public administration scholars from the U.S. and other nations shared their disciplinary perspectives on the prospects for and impediments to democracy. The February and March 2009 Volumes (52, 6 and 7) of ABS on "The Meaning of Democracy in a Global Era:Charting the Currents of Democratic Change" will be co-edited by Joyce Rothschild and Max Stepenson.
