Dr. Efiong Etuk to join VTIPG team

Dr.Efiong Etuk now has a  faculty affiliation with the VTIPG to help pursue our work concerning participatory development and capacity building for democratization in Sub Saharan Africa.  Dr. Etuk is a Senior Scholar with Unity Scholars, of  New Gloucester, Maine in which capacity he has focused on Creativity in Governance and Public Policy, including speaking in three continents and awakening world creativity leaders to their collective responsibility for harnessing and engaging civic creativity in tackling  modern crises and improving the human condition. Dr. Etuk is supported by the Forum Foundation. VTIPG welcomes him to our team.
