Audubon-Toyota Fellowship offered to Curt Gervich

Ph.D. candidate, Curt Gervich, recently received the Audubon-Toyota Fellowship for the TogetherGreen initiative, a five-year initiative started in 2008 to fund conservation projects, train environmental leaders, and offer volunteer and individual action opportunities that benefit the environment. Curt has developed ways to help producers of sustainable products and economic development organizations resolve conflicts and reach agreements. For his Conservation Action Project (CAP) Curt intends to develop a conflict management workshop and supplementary guidebook for individuals and organizations in conservation networks.The fellowship includes $10,000 as well as specialized training in conservation planning and execution, the chance to work with experienced environmental professionals, and assistance with project outreach and evaluation. Curt's committee, co-chaired by Max Stephenson, congratulates him on this achievement.
