Kristin Kirk, PhD student in Planning, Globalization and Governance, had three of her articles (related to her research) published. The publications are The International Journal Journal of Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Marketing, Nonprofit Management and Leadership and the Journal of Computer Information Systems. The series empirically examines how nonprofits utilize website technologies, both in an emerging market, Thailand, and in the United States, and question whether there is a framework that can analyze nonprofit websites for quality or benchmarking purposes. The research only not only describes the current use, but also builds and analyzes a framework based on a stage model theory. This framework is subsequently tested against a commercial assessment tool to assess how these two evaluation tools relate to each other. Congratulations Kristin!
